Garmon's Diesel Performance offers a full line of transmissions and valve bodies as well as full engine rebuilds or just simple upgrades. Garmon's Diesel Performance is proud to offer products from Smarty, PPE, EFI Live, Sun Coast and Silverline Exhaust, as well as Garmon developed torque converters, transmissions and valve bodies, just to mention a few.
Garmon's Diesel Performance is an impressive 10,000 square foot facility consisting of 2 buildings. Each building is specific to it's use. One side houses a 5,000 square foot engine shop and the other houses a 5,000 square foot transmission shop. Our facility is equipped to perform like no other. We can test your injectors on our state of the art injector testing machine, machine pistons, build heads, fabricate exhaust and turbo piping and my favorite, DYNO TEST TRANSMISSIONS!!! Every unit we install or ship is fully dyno tested. From transmissions to engines, machining to fabricating and testing to tuning WE HAVE IT ALL!!!!
Owner Jeff Garmon has been wrenching on diesels longer than most folks in the industry. He began his career in 1987 and has been a pioneer in the diesel performance industry. He has been competing since diesel pickups started having organized competition, winning and setting records all the while.
In 2008 Jeff won the TS Performance Outlaw Challenge along with the NADM Unlimited Street championship. In 2011 Jeff organized and held the highest paying diesel drag race in history. Since Jeff's focus is on supplying reliable engines and transmissions for street driven vehicles, Jeff focused this race on street driven trucks. The payout was an unprecedented $25,000 and was won with a daily driven truck.
Jeff's know-how and tuning can be found in several of the fastest and quickest trucks in the nation. Jeff has been featured in numerous articles in Diesel World Magazine, Diesel Power Magazine and 8 Lug Magazine.
